McAfee Email and Web Security Appliance is available as a standard or virtual appliance(download trial). These are minimum hardware requirements for the virtual appliance. Actual requirements will vary depending on the nature of your environment.
Hardware: One dual-core x86/x64 processor, 2 GB RAM, 80 GB free disk space.
Virtual Platforms: VMware Server 1.0.6 or higher, VMware ESX 3.5 or higher, vSphere 4.1.
